Common fixes and how to reach a human when you need one.
Make sure you're on the map listed on the dupe, that you meet its builder tier, and that you're loading the .dupe through DXRP's Dupe File Manager. Re-download the file if it was interrupted.
Every dupe page has a Report button. Pick a reason — stolen, doesn't work, wrong category, and so on — and add details. Reports go straight to the staff queue for review.
Connect a payout account on the Seller payouts page before listing a paid dupe. If your status still shows "incomplete," Stripe needs a few more details — finish onboarding and it'll flip to active.
Open payouts settings →Bans hide your uploads and remove your comments. If you think a ban was a mistake, reach out to staff through the Dank Networks community to appeal.
