Terms of Service

dxrpdupes ("the site," "we," "us") is a community marketplace for sharing, downloading, buying, and selling saved s&box wire-tool dupes. By creating an account, uploading content, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Your account

You sign in with Steam; we never see or store your Steam password. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, and bans hide your uploads and remove your comments.

2. Uploading dupes

You may only upload dupes you created yourself. Every .dupe records the SteamID of its builder; if it doesn't match your account, the upload is refused. By uploading you confirm that:

• You built the dupe and have the right to share or sell it.
• It contains no malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
• You grant other users the right to download and use dupes per their listing (free or paid).

We may remove, re-categorize, or unlist any content at our discretion — for example, stolen builds, broken dupes, or anything reported and found to violate these terms.

3. Buying & selling — fees and payouts

Paid sales are processed through Stripe. To list paid dupes you must connect a Stripe payout account. On every paid sale:

• Sellers receive 80% of the listed sale price.
• dxrpdupes retains a 20% platform commission on each paid sale.
• Payment processing fees charged by Stripe (approximately 2.5%) are covered by dxrpdupes out of its commission — they are not deducted separately from your 80%. Exact processing fees are set by Stripe and may vary.

In other words: if a dupe sells for $10.00, the seller receives $8.00, and we keep $2.00 — and we pay Stripe's processing fee out of that $2.00, not out of your payout. Payouts are made by Stripe on its standard schedule. We don't store your card or bank details; Stripe handles all of that.

4. Refunds

Dupes are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase, so sales are generally final. If a paid dupe is broken, misrepresented, or stolen, report it — we may issue a refund and remove the listing at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload stolen builds, attempt to break or abuse the site, harass other users, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may act on reports and remove content or accounts that cross these lines.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

The site and all dupes are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Dupes are user-created and we don't guarantee they'll load, work on your server, or be free of issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dxrpdupes and Dank Networks are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or any downloaded content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
